- Choose the Right Weight: Select a weighted blanket that is about 7%-10% of your body weight. For example, a 200 lb adult may prefer 15-20 lbs. First-time users may want to start with a lighter option, as it can take about a week to adjust to the added weight
- Soft & Breathable Comfort: Made with soft polyester fabric, premium glass beads, and dual-layer cotton, this weighted blanket offers a cozy, breathable feel for all-season use. Designed to provide gentle pressure while keeping you comfortable through the night
- Sized for Snug Coverage: Unlike regular blankets, weighted blankets are designed to fit your body rather than hang over the mattress. The snug fit helps distribute weight evenly. Please check our size guide to choose the best size for your body weight and sleep needs
- Secure Stitching & Even Weight: Built with 5" x 5" small compartments and high-density stitching to help keep the glass beads evenly distributed and reduce shifting or leakage. Six built-in loops make it easy to attach the blanket to a duvet cover
- Easy Care & Machine Washable: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. For best results, hand wash and air dry, or use a duvet cover for easier everyday cleaning. Tested through 50 washes to help maintain bead placement and long-lasting use
