- ⛓【Why Need Angchun Turbo System Leakage Tester】Turbo boost leak tester kit will help you charge the turbo system with a low pressure of regulated workshop mains air supply, check and locate the leakage on the turbo systems on various vehicles, save your valuable time and money. Note: The Turbo System Pressure Leakage Tester Kit should be used with your workshop air or smoke machine
- ⛓【Convenient & Easy to Use】Leak down tester comes with 4 Pairs of adapters for the output and the intake inlet of your turbo systems. Please check the sizes of 4 pairs of stepped adapter: 35, 40, 45 mm (1.38'', 1.57'', 1.77''), 50, 55, 60 mm (1.97'', 2.17'', 2.36''), 65, 70, 75 mm (2.56'', 2.76'', 2.95''), 80, 85, 90 mm (3.15'', 3.35'', 3.54''). Connect the tool to the adapter and your workshop air. If pressure drops, easy to find the leaks with your spray/hand. Plug into the exhausts hose, pressurize the turbine system and you can see if the gauge holds pressure and hear any leaks.
- ⛓【Wide Applications】Turbo boost leak tester kit works on most turbo systems of cars & light trucks, and also cooling system hoses. The turbo system leakage tester includes all necessary tools for you to quickly test the airtightness of the turbo boost system at home or in the garage. By blocking the output side and air intake of the turbo, inflating the system with low-pressure regulated workshop air can check and locate leaks in various vehicle turbo boost systems, and locate pressure loss easily by manual or leak spray, saving valuable time and money.
- ⛓【How Turbo Boost Leak Tester Works】Boost Leak Tester Kit helps locate the air leaks in turbo system by plugging the output side of the turbo charger and the inlet of the intake. Turbo system pressure leakage tester can be used to cool system piping. Helps locate air leaks in turbine system components by blocking the output side and air intake of the turbine.
- ⛓【With Pressure Gauge Tester】With a 0-6 bar(0-87 psi) pressure gauge, it could precise measurement the pressure inside the hose, included pressure regulator, press down it means lock, when you need adjust pressure, you need pull up it and rotate. and a red manual valve to control air pressure on and off; you can pull the red excess pressure release valve to reduce air pressure if over pressurisation
- ⛓【What You Get】The turbo system boost pressure leakage tester includes 9 Pieces: Pressure Gauge with a shut off ball valve, a pressure release valve, air coupling and 1/4 inch US type air inlet. Equipped with 4 pairs of stepped adapters (35mm - 90mm)for most turbocharging systems found in cars and light trucks, with adapters range from 1.38‑3.54in.
- ⛓【Warm Reminder】The maximum pressure of most vehicle turbo systems is about 15psi (1bar) to 25psi (1.7bar). A vehicle coolant system is typically rated at 15psi. Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for the maximum air pressure of the turbo or other test systems. Best to use with an air compressor with a holding tank; not over pressurization, because over pressurization can damage the components of the engine. The pressure gauge with shut off valve & regulator to help prevent over pressurisation.
